Service as Action in the MYP
Service as Action is an integral part of the CORE curriculum in the MYP in which students put the knowledge and skills gained in class into practice in the real world to make a positive difference in society. Students also develop a variety of lifelong transferable skills, known as Learning Outcomes, which they must successfully demonstrate at least once by the end of the MYP. Through Service as Action, students start to become true Global citizens, developing a range of the IB Learner Profiles throughout, most notably Caring citizens of the world. Check out what our AICS students are up to!
